So amazingly good!!
For the Crust
1 small head of cauliflower, washed in cut into small florets
2 "ener G" eggs
3 tbsp. nutritional yeast
1 tbsp. coconut flour
1 tbsp. ground chia
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp dried oregano
fresh ground pepper
Pre heat the oven to 450 degrees. In a food processor blend the cauliflower until almost a puree. Steam for about 3-5 minutes. Drain. Drain Well! Combine the remaining ingredients, mix well and add the cauliflower. Spread out on pizza pan or oiled cookie sheet. Spread dough to about 1/2 inch thick. If it is too thin it will crack.
Bake for 20 minutes. Add toppings and bake for another 10-15 minutes.

Cashew Cream Sauce
Roasted red peppers
spinach
tomato
and a little crushed red pepper
Cashew Cream Sauce
1 cup cashews (soaked 2 hour - over night)
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
salt and pepper to taste
Blend until smooth.
