Another great dish and easy to make.
1 onion
1 carrot 3 stalks of celery
5 cups of broccoli (use stems too)
1 tsp dried basil
1 cup cashews
6 cups water
sea salt
cayenne pepper
- chop all vegetables and throw them in a pot
- add 5 cups water
- simmer 20 minutes or until stems are tender
- blend cashews with 1 cup water
- add cashew cream, salt, and cayenne pepper
- blend with a hand held until smooth and creamy
