Yams are one of my favourite things to eat. I love the spice combo on these.
4 cups peeled and chopped sweet potatoes
1 T extra-virgin coconut oil, melted
dash of cayenne
pinch sea salt
dash ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. On a baking sheet, toss all ingredients.
Bake for 35 - 60 minutes.
