Pasta with Cashew Cream Mmmmm

I cooked up some buckwheat soba noodles added steamed swiss chard, shredded carrots and some cashew cream. Top with freshly ground black pepper. WOW so so very good.

Cashew Cream
1/2 cup raw cashews
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 cup almond milk
1/4 tsp salt
cayenne pepper
Blend until smooth.
